Pretty & Polished Beauty Bar specializes in mobile Wedding Makeup & Hair Styling services and has been featured in the 2019 and 2020 Wedding Extravaganza shows marketing materials. We are currently a team of three artists who are able to accommodate Bridal parties of up to 12 people in a short time frame. We also offer beauty services in-studio that will compliment your wedding services.

WHY Book Us? We encourage Bride’s to “shop-around” however, please ensure that you compare us correctly - all of our makeup artists are trained professionals who use Temptu Airbrush Makeup, the only High Definition airbrush makeup for professional photography. Airbrush also offers a flawless full-coverage finish with 12 hour sweat & water-resistant wear. Our makeup applications do NOT require touch-ups throughout the day and is transfer resistant.

All studio beauty appointments are held at our private home studio in LaSalle. On-location services are only offered on the day of your wedding. All appointments are booked via the Fresha app, with wedding services requested via email. You can download the app and book us within our studio hours.

Owner, Lead Makeup Artist

I specialize in bridal make-up artistry services and special occasion makeup. I am certified Temptu Airbrush Makeup Artist, having completed well over 500 faces and will assist you in creating either a glamorous or fabulously natural look for your big day! Recently, I was the featured make-up artist for the 2019 and 2020 Wedding Extravaganza promotional material, where you can check out my work in their advertisements! I offer Airbrush Makeup Artistry services, Gel X Nail Extensions, Lash Extensions, Brow Services, and Lash Lift & Tint services.

I have always had a love of makeup and skin care and began my makeup career over 15 years ago as a consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics. In 2015, I began developing my makeup artistry skills and in 2016 became an assistant artist with Vanity Flair Luxury Cosmetic Services. There, I was able to enhance my knowledge and skills by assisting them with wedding services. In 2018, I expanded my own business at the The Fall Wedding Event and have continued to grow as an artist. I am also a certified Henna Brow Artist, Lash Lift & Tint artist, Advanced Airbrush Artist, Tattoo Coverage Artist and a Skin Care Specialist.

Sara

Lead Hair Stylist

Sara is a Ontario Red Seal certified Hair Stylist who completed her initial training at St. Clair College. She has been working in the beauty Industry for 14 years. Throughout the years, Sara has worked alongside the amazing stylists at Shear Images, Beautiful Images, Dry Parlour, and Classic Cuts. In 2014, Sara received training from renowned celebrity hairstylist, Gregory Patterson while working at Dry Parlour. She currently works at First Choice offering all hair styling services however she specializes in updos and blow outs styles.

Sara loves pursuing further education in her field by attending classes or online training which allows her to remain on-par with current trends and techniques. One of her favorite workshops featured updo styling techniques and trends in New York City.

Sara is very exited to continue offering updo styling, Teeth Whitening, LED and Vacuum therapy along with Hair Extensions with Pretty and Polished Beauty Bar!

Tanya

Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist

Tanya is a Certified makeup artist and event hair stylist. She attended Haute Monde Makeup Artistry Academy in Windsor, ON. Tanya has been a part of the Pretty and Polished Beauty Bar team since 2021. She has always had a passion for makeup and hair and loves helping people feel their best for special events. Tanya specializes in creating soft natural looks, bold dramatic styles that are perfect for a wedding! Tanya is also an amazing FX Creative Makeup Artist and she works with Scarehouse Windsor each Hallowe’en season.

Tanya is excited to offer Hair Styling, Airbrush Makeup Artistry, Lash Extensions, Brow Services, and Lash Lift and Tint services with Pretty and Polished Beauty Bar! She has officially completed her lash extension certification in 2024.
